On 13th January 2025, I went to Manali with my friends. It was a much-needed break from daily life. We started early in the morning, and the road trip itself was full of fun — music, jokes, and chai breaks at roadside dhabas.
As we reached closer to Manali, the mountains were covered with snow. The first sight of white hills made everyone super excited. We stayed in a small wooden homestay with a beautiful view of the valley. Sitting near the window with hot coffee and watching snowfall was pure peace.
We visited Mall Road, Old Manali, and Solang Valley. We played in the snow, clicked lots of photos, and enjoyed Maggi at a small stall. The evenings were the best — sitting around a bonfire, talking, laughing, and forgetting all stress.
Manali in winter feels magical. The trip reminded me how important it is to take a break and spend time with friends. I’ll surely visit again, maybe in summer next time.
